As a lawyer with many years of experience in a wide range of industries, she has been working at Emma – The Sleep Company for almost one and a half years. As Emma’s Team Lead Legal & Compliance, she is, among other things,  responsible for the strategic planning of the legal and compliance department, as well as the international legal support to 30 countries. Bruna believes in knowledge as a compliance multiplier and thus improves employees engagement in data protection throughout the company by tailoring GDPR trainings and encourages transparency and open comunication internally as well as with customers.
